Dr. Atef Mousa obtained his medical training at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Coney Island Hospital, and is now a proud member of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Mousa is a founding member of the Horizon Multicare Group at the Antelope Valley Medical Centre (AVMC), and has worked as a hospitalist at AVMC for the past nine years. He also serves as the Member of the Medical Executive Committee, and the Board Finance Committee at AVMC. Dr. Mousa is a highly experienced primary care doctor who loves to connect with his patients and support them over their long-term care. In his spare time, Dr. Mousa loves spending time with his family, and traveling. Dr. Mousa is fluent in English and Arabic.
